I have enjoyed your visits and comments so immensely that I want to give you a gift! I have been crocheting a Scandinavian design Heart ornament for years and years and this season I want to give one of you one of these to hang on your tree. :-)
All you have to do is leave a comment and tell me why you'd like to have this heart on your tree. Next Saturday I will write your names down and put them in a hat and have hubby draw one out and I'll announce it right here. Then you can email me your address and I will send one to you in one of my Christmas cards!
If you want to make one of these yourself I have written up the instructions and have posted it in PDF and you can have it for *FREE* by going here: Teresa's Heart
Here is a better photo of the heart --
Below is a crochet lace wreath ornament I made and it's hard to see but hanging down in the center is a crystal bead with a little red bead below it and on the top is a red satin rose with green satin bow and some baby's breath stuck in there too. That one isn't in the give-away.. :-)
I've been decorating the tree some more today and tidying up a bit and filling out the rest of my Christmas card envelopes. Now to start printing up the newsy-letter.
Hubby is watching the Oregon State VS University of Oregon "Civil War" football game. Looks like UO is taking it the score is 37 to 13. If they win they get to go to the National Championships!! Go Oregon!!
I'm wishing you are all having a fun and love-filled weekend. ((hugs)) Teresa
That's really nice to have a giveaway! I'd love to add your heart to my tree. I dedicated my tree to my dear brother, Davey, and it is filled with Shiny Brites ornaments that we grew up with. Penny
ReplyDeleteThrow my name in the hat too Teresa. I would love to add one to my tree. I have several small cross-stitched ornaments on my tree that I made many years ago. The heart would look great! And remind me of Oregon.
ReplyDeleteLovely heart - I love hand made ornaments on my tree!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to download the pattern in case I don't win and hopefully it's not to difficult as I'm only a beginner!

I have a tree full of handmade ornaments and this would look amazing with them. I think I'm going to have to give this one a go.
ReplyDeleteI saved your cozy Christmas tree picture as my wallpaper on my computer :) I want to make a tree like yours. It would be fun to have an ornament made by you :)

I would love to have that beautiful ornament on my tree! I have a lot of handmade ornaments, including salt dough ornaments my husband and I made the first Christmas we were married, in 1984. Thanks for doing this giveaway!

I would love to win one of those beautiful ornaments! I don't have much on our tree and would love something handmade hanging on it. Just started reading your blog not too long ago and really enjoy it. Thank you for the giveaway and sharing of your wonderful life.
