So... I joined the CAL (crochet-a-long) with Lucy at Attic24 blog. Then I joined in a group on Facebook, "Moorland and More", a group of people working on the Sweet Pea Trellis blanket. One of the people bought an IKEA "Raskog", a 3 level trolley cart and decked it out for the CAL.. and so.. I wanted one to organize MY stuff. I went to Michael's website and.. they had a RED one! So after swimming I stopped in, I couldn't decide on the red or mint green one, so I got both of them. :-)
I will use one in our bedroom to organize some products in my closet. I'm just not sure which one I want to leave out in the family room. Which one would you choose?
My Sweet Pea on the left and my Woodland on the right.
My crochet happiness. :-) And I even joined a group on Facebook called "Pimp your Raskog". You should see all the the different crafts they are using these for.
I thought you might like a little Mocha mugshot. LOL!
She has an endearing habit of rolling over so you can scratch her chest and give her a belly rub. What a good girl.
Our grandsons spent the night with us last night, they hadn't met Mocha and they just loved her and she adored them. We took them out for dinner.. this is apparently what 9 year old boys do when you want to take a photo. :-)
Caleb had strawberry crepes and Hayden had his very own prime rib! Photo bomber at no extra charge.
Dayle is walking Mocha often.. :-)
Look how tall our daffodils are.. kind of early, little darlings.. it might snow a bit over the weekend.
And the Snowdrops are opening! Oh they give me hope for Spring.
I have some crocheting to catch up on today so I'm staying home. Priorities, you know. Have a fabulous weekend!!
((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Wow, love seeing your sweet pea blanket Teressa, it's so pretty. I saw yours over on Lucy's blog last week. I wanted to shout at the screen and say - I know that lady lol. A proud moment for you, I'm sure. Mocha certainly enjoys life, what a beauty with a fantastic name too. Take care Cathy x
ReplyDeleteRed one love it Teresa. Oh those boys sure have grown and love those pics lol Good Dayle walking Mocha, so cute and look forward to seeing your daffodils xoxo
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe your daffodils!!! And, I can't believe you bought two carts!!! I like the mint green, but I think that would be nice in the closet. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteLove seeing your crochet Teresa. The sweet pea colours are so pretty. I think the red trolley would look better in your lounge room. Your new puppy is gorgeous - he knows what’s good ... nothing like a nice long tummy rub.
ReplyDeleteTeresa, your crochet projects are beautiful. I'm a red nut, so I'd choose red for sure! Your grands are darling. Now I want to know if Hayden ate all of that prime rib! They are darling. So is little Mocha! We'll be visiting our grands tomorrow and one of them could eat that prime rib for sure. Have a great weekend. ♥
ReplyDeleteThose carts are great. I need about 20 of them to organize myself. :) Mocha is adorable! Happy February!
ReplyDeleteYou bought two carts! Now why am I not surprised. Ha ha! I think the red one should go next to your chair and the mint green one in your bedroom. You can always switch them out for a change later. I’m going to have to check out that Ravelry group. Little Mocha is so cute. I bet she’s loving living at your house. I’m also curious as to whether Hayden ate that entire prime rib. It looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteWe’re supposed to get snow four out of five days during the week next week. We’ve had such a great winter and now it’s supposed to hit us all at once. Sorry this comment is so late. We went out to dinner at a German restaurant with Neal and Jenny for my birthday. It was really nice.
Blessings, Betsy
Betsy, it's a Facebook group. Yes, Hayden ate the entire prime rib, a salad and 2 eggs. :-)

I just knew that you were going to buy a cart, but I didn't expect two. Both colours are beautiful but I am going to choose red for your crochet project. You can always swap them around. How the boys have grown up and what fun they are. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love that you bought both carts, just what I would do! I prefer the red one, so I would keep that one out. Happy hooking. Xx
ReplyDeleteThe boys look so much older, how fast they are growing up. I am so glad to have caught up on your blog my friend, I have been missing you very much. Stay in this weekend and crochet, by the way I love both trolley's and now I want one too.
ReplyDeleteYour crochet is beautiful. Mocha is a cutie. Lovely to see the snowdrops. Mine aren't out yet but they are a later variety.
ReplyDeleteI fancy one of those trolleys but have so far resisted. My personal preference is for the mint green one but they are both very nice. Maybe you could swap them over every now and then. Mocha sure is a sweet little thing, I bet she likes a tummy tickle. Our snowdrops are coming to the end of their flowering time, the first one came up on Christmas Day. I'll be sad when they are all gone. Have a lovely Sunday. x
ReplyDeleteHow to choose between the carts....both colours are lovely. I would probably end up going for the red to keep out.
ReplyDeleteThe picture of Mocha showing her belly is just adorable.
Hugs-x-

ReplyDeleteWell, I am partial to the red cart, but I LOVE the color red! lol Hair included :) Mocha is the cutest thing. My dad just lost his dog of 16 years and I am hoping he gets a new one. Mocha looks like the perfect, little dog :)

ReplyDeleteTeresa - your carts are adorable, Mocha is adorable, and your grandsons are adorable!
ReplyDeleteGlad you bought both carts. You can never have enough organizers!
We were eyeing those very carts at Michael's a couple of weeks ago! I really like the red one - it's so cheery. Your blankets look lovely.
ReplyDeleteThat Mocha is adorable and your grandsons look like a lot of fun.
Snowdrops and daffodil shoots - I'm envious. :)
Lis has a mint green cart she uses to organize some of her canning supplies in and I am curious to see which cart you leave out. I noticed daffodil leaves shooting up at our church garden, too. It's fun to see the boys happy and growing!🤗
ReplyDeleteNot only do you have thesame shoppingbasket as me..but I also have the Ikea trolley! Mine is cream ... so useful ...I love it ! :)
ReplyDeleteI have an Ikea one! It's a real ( I think ) colour. Has my paper crafting stuff in( well a little bit of it :-)
ReplyDeleteMocha is so cute.
My grandsons and granddaughters think photos like that are such fun! Hugs Anne X
